✅ Education & Experience:
- No formal education required, but a diploma in health & social care is advantageous.
- Experience in caregiving, social work, or healthcare is beneficial but not always required.
✅ Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility tasks.
✅ Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license (depending on the role).
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Background check or DBS check (for UK roles) to ensure suitability for working with vulnerable individuals.
